Commissioned Motivational painting

The intent outlined by my client was to create a motivational piece for their office space, aiming to evoke a sense of aspiration, resilience, and positivity. Certain themes (such as leadership, teamwork, proactivity, problem solving, and others) were requested to be represented but I was given full creative freedom.

My concept was to depict a pathway with various metaphors included along the path. Some metaphors, like the maze, are more obvious while some are subtle. But others are intended to be discovered in time, finding meaning that relates to everyday challenges and victories.
